Landon has a rare disease called Pitt Hopkins. Initially, he was misdiagnosed and they told us he was going to die – it’s been such a journey from planning a funeral to living life again. Landon is amazing – he loves music, water, and his family – and everyone who gets to know him never forgets him and how he makes you laugh with his love of life. Landon loves the holidays – it’s his favorite time of year.
