Emily is 1 of less than 800 identified kids in the world with SCN2A. She wasn’t diagnosed until age 9 because science wasn’t advanced enough. Emily loves art, music and traveling. Her daily seizures don’t hold her back from living each day to its fullest. Emily’s smile and laughter light up a room! This year has been her hardest with 6 hospital stays with two near death experiences.
