Colden was flown into Children’s Mercy at a day old with abnormal blood sugar levels. Then we started running tests to figure out what was going on and the came to the conclusion that Colden had 3 extra chromosomes. We did more testing and figured out that he had extra chromosomes. The doctors started looking at the test results and they said they have never seen this before. We don’t know what it is going to do long term. We have some information on conditions that are similar to what he has but it’s not the same thing.
