Phoenix aka Cupcake is a sweet 2.5 yrs old little girl that doesn’t ask for much but she needs a lot! She can’t talk, walk, or do anything for herself. She currently does OT,PT, and ST to hopefully improve her quality of life. She loves things that make rustling sound, she likes to blow raspberries & suck her paci. She doesn’t like for you to wipe her face, touch her toes, or keep her from looking at her hands. I would say her pacifier is her Bestfriend. We love her and we only want the best for her & to find a cure.
